Over 2,000 children now on HAND
We are delighted to announce we now have over 2,000 children on the HAND (Hertfordshire Additional Needs) database.
The database was launched in 2004 to replace the children’s Disability Register. Parents and carers are invited to register their children who have additional needs. Each child receives a membership card that gives concessions at some leisure providers.

Herts Highways keeps plugging away at potholes
Although the snow is gone, roads around the county are still being damaged by freezing temperatures, so crews from Hertfordshire Highways are working tirelessly to make repairs.
